Please ensure all item/s meet our criteria and are neatly folded with all packaging received

The package must be sent within 7 days of receiving acceptance of your return request or the return will be voided

Items returned will be shipped at the cost of the client and the responsibility lies with the client. We suggest using a traceable postal service as we are not liable for any missing, lost or stolen parcels.
Returns Policy
We value your experience shopping with us and as such we ask you please read our policy carefully.

For online orders we will happily accomodate a return or exchange within 14 days from receipt of goods provided:

All items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags/buttons, etc attached

Neatly folded and returned in the same packaging as received

Must not be soiled or marked in any way and be free from all fragrances including cologne and body odour

Must be purchased through our website

EXCEPTIONS: We do not accept a return or exchange on any custom made items/orders at any stage in the process, gift cards or any items marked as 'FINAL SALE'.

All shoes must be tried on with clean feet on a clean, dry, carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as you received them.
All returns/exchanges will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving contact via our online portal and if accepted will exclude original shipping charges. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a return/exchange. Please note all items returned will be shipped at the buyers cost and discretion. We suggest using a traceable postal service as we are not liable for any missing, lost or stolen parcels.
Faulty Items

If your item is faulty/defective all items will be assessed and either a repair, replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This does not include discounted faulty, sample items unless a further fault persists or if the item has been mistreated.​​

Couture Menswear will accept a return where a product is 'defective' if the item:

is faulty, unsafe or defective
-
is very different from the online description or imagery
-
is not fit for its intended purpose

If you believe your product is defective please email sales@couturemenswear.com with your order number, name and item/s you believe are faulty. Please include images and a description of the fault in your email. Couture Menswear will review your email and provide further direction in accordance with your request. ​​

Request for a return of a faulty item must be done within a reasonable amount of time. This time depends on the item, its intended use, timing and other circumstances. ​​​​

IN STORE & CUSTOM PURCHASES
We do not accept refunds or exchanges under any circumstances for all in store or custom orders. This includes but is not limited to; suiting, jackets, coats, shirting, sample garments, alteration fees, shoes, accessories, pants, waistcoats, embroidery charges, fabric charges.

Due to the nature of custom wear we ask that the invoice is read carefully, as once measurements are taken the order will begin according to the invoiced details. We can not guarantee any changes made after measurements are taken can be processed.
​
Once a deposit/payment is made on an invoice we are not liable to offer any refund if changes are requested on the invoice that will be of lesser value. The difference can be offered as a store credit for future use, but the original invoice must be paid in full. If the full payment of the original invoice is not fulfilled we reserve the right to withhold all garments, deposits and/or payments and legal proceedings may result as a consequence.
